BOOM: The boom adopts a large cross-section design, the high-load parts are strengthened, and the durability is high. The optimized design avoids stress concentration; 

ARM: the arm has been strengthened according to the direction and size of the force in the work, and the strength is greatly improved; 

BUCKET: the bucket is made of highly wear-resistant materials to extend the service life. 


GET OFF X FRAME:

Each process of getting off the car × frame is manufactured and processed by domestic and international advanced equipment, and non-destructive equipment testing is performed on important parts;

the crawler frame adopts a 7-wheel structure design and is equipped with 45 track shoes as standard, which ensures that the vehicle is in reliability and stability under various complicated working conditions.

HIGH-STRENGTH STRUCTURE:

Three-dimensional structure design and finite element analysis are used to simulate and analyze the load borne by the fuselage, and a reasonable high-strength structure is realized. 

The high-strength left-right platform and high-rigidity turntable with enhanced thickness provide a guarantee for powerful excavation and high-speed walking. 


OPTIMIZED SYSTEM MATCHING: Cummins engine designs the best low fuel consumption area according to the load cycle characteristics of the excavator. The fuel consumption of the vehicle can be reduced by more than 15%. The dynamic response is fast, time-saving and labor-saving, and the vehicle efficiency can be increased by 5%. Intelligent electronic control is adopted, which reduces noise significantly. , The operation is more comfortable, and the engine noise can be reduced by 50%. The use of well-known brand hydraulic system, through the action priority setting, and optimize the system throttling, better operability, more precise action. When boom lifting and bucket digging, oil converges inside the valve to improve work efficiency; arm has a regeneration function, which speeds up arm operation.

EXCAVATOR SPECIAL CYLINDER:

The high-quality excavator special oil cylinder has made a lot of optimizations on the sealing structure, buffer structure, mechanical structure and coating technology for the characteristics of large working impact load, complicated and variable control, and harsh working environment.


PARALLEL INSTALLATION OF COOLERS:

The hydraulic oil radiator, water radiator and intercooler are arranged in parallel and horizontally, with good heat dissipation effect and easy cleaning.
